Avoid Color Shifting – Shift from RGB to CMYK/Pantone Early

The Tip: Digital screens look stunning because they display in RGB mode (light-emitting pixels). However, physical printing presses (like our Heidelberg and Roland UV) operate in CMYK mode or use solid Pantone matching systems (PMS). Converting an RGB digital file to CMYK at the last minute can cause unexpected color shifting—especially with subtle pastel shades or high-saturation brand colors.

The Solution: Always set your Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop canvas to CMYK from day one. For high-end custom color boxes and luxury hand bags, providing a specific Pantone code allows our press masters to lock in your exact color with absolute zero deviation across every batch.
