What information do you need for a quotation?

To prepare an accurate quotation, we usually need the product type, size, material, quantity, printing requirements, delivery destination and, if available, your artwork or reference images.

Do you accept custom orders based on client requirements?

Yes. Most of our products are made based on customer requirements such as size, material, printing content, finishing and quantity. Pricing is confirmed case by case according to the project details.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no strict MOQ for most custom orders, but a setup charge applies. For many products, smaller orders are mainly priced around the setup cost, while larger quantities usually benefit from a lower unit price.

Why does the unit price vary by quantity?

Custom printing includes setup and production preparation costs, so smaller orders usually have a higher unit cost. In general, the larger the quantity, the lower the average cost per piece.

Can you quote without final artwork?

Yes. If the final artwork is not ready, we can still provide an initial quotation based on your product type, size, material, quantity and reference requirements. Final pricing may be adjusted after artwork or specifications are confirmed.

2. Samples & Small Orders

Do you charge for samples?

Yes. For custom projects, samples are usually charged rather than provided free of charge. Sample cost depends on the product type, size, material and printing requirements, as sample production also involves setup, material and labour costs.

Are samples free before mass production?

In most cases, custom samples are charged. This is because sample production also involves material, setup and labour costs.

Can I order just one piece?

For custom printing, even very small quantities may be possible, but a setup charge still applies. This means one-piece or very low-quantity orders are usually less cost-effective than bulk production.

Do you offer ready stock or standard samples?

For selected items, we may offer standard samples or available stock for direct purchase. Please check the relevant product page or contact us for current availability.

Are sample fees deducted from the bulk order?

This depends on the product type and project arrangement. Please contact us with your specific requirements and we will advise based on the case.

3. Production & Printing

What file formats do you accept?

We usually accept AI, PDF, PSD and high-resolution JPG files. Vector files are preferred for the best printing results. If you are unsure whether your file is suitable, we can review it before production.

Can you help check artwork before production?

Yes. We can review your files before production and point out any obvious technical issues related to print suitability. Final responsibility for approved artwork remains with the customer.

How do you ensure colour accuracy?

We check artwork carefully before production and aim to match approved files as closely as possible. However, slight colour variation may occur due to different materials, printing methods and screen-to-print differences.

Slight colour variation can occur due to different screen settings, materials, surface finishes and printing methods. This is normal in printing production, and we aim to keep the result as consistent as possible with the approved file or sample.

How long does production usually take?

Production lead time depends on the product type, quantity, finishing requirements and current production schedule. Sample production and bulk production are quoted separately, and the exact lead time will be confirmed based on your order details.

Can production time be expedited?

Urgent orders may be possible depending on the product type, quantity and production schedule. Please contact us in advance so we can confirm feasibility.

4. Shipping & International Orders

What shipping methods do you offer?

We can arrange shipping based on your needs, including sea freight, air freight and courier services. If you already have a preferred forwarder, shipping company or courier, we are also happy to work with them.

Can I use my own forwarder or courier?

Yes. If you have your own freight forwarder, shipping agent or courier account, we can coordinate with them for dispatch once production is completed.

Do you arrange international shipping?

We can coordinate shipping according to the customer's needs, including sea freight, air freight and courier shipment. Shipping arrangements are discussed case by case, depending on destination, order size and delivery urgency.

Do you handle customs clearance?

We focus on printing and production. Shipping and customs arrangements may vary depending on the logistics method and destination country, so specific details should be discussed based on the order.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping cost depends on the package size, weight, destination, shipping method and delivery requirements. It is quoted separately unless otherwise agreed.

5. Quality & After-sales

How do you control product quality?

We check artwork before production and monitor production according to the project requirements. Final quality is based on the approved specifications, materials and sample or file confirmation.

What if the products arrive damaged or with defects?

If there is a confirmed quality issue, please contact us promptly and provide clear photos, quantity details and a description of the problem. We will review the case and discuss a suitable solution based on the situation.

How soon should I report a problem after delivery?

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the goods, ideally with clear photos and quantity details, so we can review the issue efficiently.

Can all products be made exactly the same as the screen preview?

Not always. Screen display and printed results may differ slightly due to material, colour settings and printing method. We recommend confirming important details through files, samples or production approval wherever possible.

6. Materials & Sustainability

What materials do you work with?

We work with a range of materials depending on the product type, including paperboard, corrugated board, PVC, PET and PP film. Material selection is discussed according to the application and project requirements.

Can you recommend materials based on my needs?

Yes. If you are unsure which material is most suitable, we can suggest options based on the product use, appearance, budget and quantity.

Do you offer eco-conscious options?

For selected projects, we may recommend paper-based or other lower-impact material options where suitable. Available choices depend on the product type and application requirements.

Are all products eco-friendly?

Not necessarily. Material choice depends on the product application, printing requirements and customer needs. We can discuss available options based on the project.
