Intellectual Property

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, product designs, text, graphics, images, and other materials are legally owned or properly licensed.

By submitting artwork, the customer confirms that they possess all necessary rights and permissions required for production.

Alion Print does not assume responsibility for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-supplied materials.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alion Print from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from intellectual property infringement associated with submitted content.

Product Accuracy and Manufacturing Tolerances

Printing and packaging products are subject to normal manufacturing tolerances.

Minor variations may occur in:

  • Colour reproduction

  • Material texture

  • Surface finishing

  • Embossing and debossing effects

  • Foil stamping appearance

  • Spot UV appearance

  • Die-cut positioning

  • Product dimensions

Such variations are considered normal within the packaging and printing industry and shall not constitute manufacturing defects.

Colour Reproduction Disclaimer

Colours displayed on screens, digital proofs, photographs, mockups, and printed samples may differ from final production results.

Colour perception may vary due to:

  • Monitor settings

  • Device displays

  • Lighting conditions

  • Printing substrates

  • Ink systems

  • Production processes

Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed unless specific Pantone colour standards have been agreed in writing.

Quotation Disclaimer

All quotations are provided based on information available at the time of issue.

Quotations may be revised due to:
