Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Alion Print. We operate this website and provide custom packaging, printing, sourcing, project coordination, and related services to customers worldwide.

By accessing our website, requesting quotations, placing orders, submitting artwork, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting inquiries, quotations, orders, or account details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Alion Print specializes in custom packaging and printing products, including but not limited to:

  • Folding cartons
  • Rigid boxes
  • Paper bags
  • Hang tags
  • Labels and stickers
  • Product inserts
  • Instruction leaflets
  • Packaging accessories

Many of our products are manufactured according to customer-provided specifications, including artwork, dimensions, materials, finishes, and packaging requirements.

Because our products are custom-made:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to printing processes, materials, lighting conditions, and display settings.
  • Product dimensions may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.
  • Digital proofs, samples, mockups, and website images are provided as references only.
  • Final production results may differ slightly from on-screen representations.

We reserve the right to refuse any order containing unlawful, offensive, misleading, counterfeit, or intellectual property infringing content.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

All quotations are subject to written confirmation.

An order is considered accepted only after:

  • Final specifications are confirmed;
  • Artwork is approved;
  • Payment arrangements are agreed upon.

For custom-manufactured products, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once production has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all specifications, quantities, dimensions, artwork, spelling, colours, and delivery details before approval.

SECTION 4 – CUSTOMER ARTWORK RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, product designs, text, images, and other content are legally owned or properly licensed.

By submitting artwork, the customer represents and warrants that:

  • They possess all necessary intellectual property rights;
  • The submitted materials do not infringe upon the rights of any third party;
  • The materials comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Alion Print shall not be liable for any intellectual property disputes arising from customer-supplied content.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Alion Print against any claims arising from submitted artwork or content.

SECTION 5 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Quotations remain valid for 30 days.
  • Prices are subject to change before order confirmation.
  • Prices do not include import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges, or local taxes.
  • International bank fees and currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Production will not commence until payment terms have been satisfied.

SECTION 6 – SAMPLE POLICY

Custom samples are usually charged before mass production because sample creation involves setup, material, labour, and production costs.

For bulk orders, sample costs may be deducted from the final order value depending on the product type and project arrangement.

Approval of a sample constitutes confirmation of the product specifications for mass production.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Production lead times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • Product type
  • Quantity
  • Artwork approval
  • Material availability
  • Manufacturing schedules

Typical production times:

  • Samples: approximately 3–10 business days
  • Mass production: approximately 10–25 business days

Delivery schedules provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections
  • Port congestion
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Labour disruptions
  • Force majeure events

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once goods are handed over to the carrier.

SECTION 8 – INTERNATIONAL SOURCING AND MANUFACTURING

Alion Print provides international packaging sourcing, project coordination, customer support, and packaging supply services.

Manufacturing may be carried out by qualified production facilities located in China.

Production schedules, technical specifications, and order acceptance remain subject to written confirmation.

SECTION 9 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Customer artwork errors
  • Customer specification changes
  • Minor colour variations
  • Minor dimensional variations within manufacturing tolerance

If a manufacturing defect or significant production error is identified, customers must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide supporting photographs and documentation.

Where a verified manufacturing issue exists, we may offer:

  • Replacement production;
  • Partial refund; or
  • Full refund

at our sole discretion.

SECTION 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including text, graphics, images, logos, layouts, designs, and marketing materials, remains the property of Alion Print or its licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

SECTION 11 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, products, or services provided by any third party.

Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

Printing and packaging products are subject to normal industry manufacturing tolerances.

Minor variations in colour, texture, dimensions, finishing effects, material appearance, and packaging presentation shall not constitute defects.

Except as expressly stated, no warranties are given regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service availability.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alion Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific order.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alion Print, its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your breach of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any law;
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 19 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Alion Print regarding your use of our website and services.

SECTION 20 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
