Custom Folding Carton Boxes Materials
Here are the main materials used for Custom Folding Carton Boxes
White Card Paper
Smooth, clean, and bright white surface. It offers good stiffness and excellent printability, making it suitable for premium paper bags, boxes, hang tags, and retail packaging.
Kraft Paper
Natural brown appearance with a strong eco-friendly feel. It is durable, recyclable, and ideal for simple, organic, handmade, food, coffee, and lifestyle packaging.
Textured Paper
Features a fine tactile surface with a more refined and premium look. It adds depth and elegance to packaging, especially for gifts, jewellery, cosmetics, and boutique brands.
Recycled Paper
Made with recycled fibre, often showing natural speckles and visible paper texture. It supports sustainable branding and is suitable for eco-conscious packaging projects.
C2S Art Paper / Double Coated Paper
Coated on both sides with a smooth surface and strong colour performance. It is ideal for high-quality printing, vivid graphics, and refined retail packaging.
White Kraft Paper
Combines the natural strength of kraft paper with a clean white appearance. It is lighter and more understated than white card paper, suitable for simple, eco-friendly, and modern packaging.
Offset Paper
Offset paper has a smooth, uncoated surface and good ink absorption. It is lightweight, easy to fold, and suitable for printing manuals, leaflets, inserts, notebooks, and inner pages. Compared with coated paper, it has a softer, more natural paper texture and is comfortable for reading and writing.
White kraft paper
A clean and durable paper choice for crisp printing and everyday packaging.
Brown kraft paper
A natural-looking paper material with a warm, eco-conscious appearance.
Matte lamination
Matte lamination gives your printed bags a more subtle finish than gloss. It also softens the colors, which can be the perfect effect for certain products.
Anti-scratch matte lamination
An especially resilient type of matte lamination to reduce the impact of scuffs, scratches, and general wear-and-tear.
Gloss lamination
Gloss lamination adds a shiny, smooth surface that enhances the vibrancy and color of the printed bag.
Anti-scratch gloss lamination
An especially resilient type of gloss lamination to reduce the impact of scuffs, scratches, and general wear-and-tear.
Foil stamping
Foil stamping adds a metallic effect to lettering or other design elements. Gold, silver and bronze are the most popular choices, but we have a vast range of colored foils from which you may choose.
Embossing
Embossing raises the surface of an area of the bag to make it literally stand out. This can highlight your brand name, for example, or your logo.
Debossing
Like embossing, only the surface is pressed inward to creative a concave impression rather than standing out. For this, you’ll need a more rigid bag structure made of paper with a weight of at least 250 gsm.
Spot UV
You can highlight a specific area with spot-UV coating. We apply a clear polymer coat to the specified area — which could be a product name, a logo, or an image — which really makes it “pop” and catch the eye. Suitable only for surfaces already treated with matte or soft-touch lamination.
