Folding method of instruction leaflet

Half Fold

Fold in the middle

Pocket Fold

An elegant fold format with inward-folding panels, designed to present information in a structured, professional, and engaging way.

Accordion Fold

An accordion fold brochure is created by folding a sheet into a series of equal panels that open in a zigzag pattern, similar to the shape of an accordion. It provides a clean and organised layout, making it ideal for instruction manuals, product guides, maps, and promotional materials.

Gate Fold

A Gate Fold is a brochure folding style where the two outer panels fold inward toward the center, meeting like a pair of doors. When opened, the brochure reveals a larger central panel inside, creating a dramatic and elegant presentation.

Saddle Stitch Binding

In saddle stitch binding, printed sheets are folded in half, gathered inside one another, and fastened through the fold line with wire staples. The finished product opens flat and is easy to read, making it ideal for instruction manuals, brochures, catalogues, magazines, and promotional booklets.

Recommended Folded Brochure Sizes

The sizes below are standard options, but custom dimensions are available upon request.
