Dieline Testing – The "Bleed Area" is Non-Negotiable

The Tip: To prevent a thin, accidental white edge from ruining your custom color box after it goes through our high-speed auto-die cutting machines, never stop your background artwork exactly at the cutting edge.

The Solution: Always extend your background graphics at least 3mm (0.12 inches) past the structural dieline. This is known as the Bleed Area (出血位). It provides a safety cushion for mechanical tolerances during die-cutting, resulting in a crisp, clean, professional edge every time.
